The Well-Balanced Pianist Pennsylvania 2010 will take place Saturday morning through Monday afternoon, Columbus Day weekend, October 9 through 11, 2010, in Wyndmoor, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. This will be an intensive program, open to a maximum of 12 participants, so each participant will get a lot of attention. To get an idea of what our programs are like, you can view our
2009 programs scrapbook. If you're wondering if The Well-Balanced Pianist is for you, you can read what past participants have to say at

The aim of The Well-Balanced Pianist is to improve practice, performance, and teaching skills, through integrated focus on piano technique, musicianship, bodywork/movement, positive mindset, and learning styles. In Pennsylvania, we will have two piano instructors, Susan Nowicki and myself. Ariel Weiss will conduct a class and private sessions in Alexander Technique. In addition to lessons, bodywork, and mealtime discussions, there will be lots clinics to choose from and a performance class.
Program and registration information should be available by May 1 at
